Job Location and Timings: All positions are located at Nelamangala, Bangalore.  Work timings are 9 AM to 6 PM, candidates may be asked to work in Night shifts when there is a business requirement.

Associate – Fulfillment

Job Description:


Complete all valuation fulfillment items within 8-10 hours of receipt including image uploads, quality check and compliance.


Help to write compliance bulletins to accurately and clearly communicate client requirements to the team.


Communicate and discuss the compliance bulletins to the team members and follow-up to ensure process understanding.


Assist in the continued enhancement of the valuation fulfillment process.


Support creation, updating and maintenance of valuation fulfillment compliance policies and procedures.


Track, research and respond to business unit compliance questions in a timely manner.


Maintain integrity of information between the data source and the valuation reports.


Maintain accuracy of data between the data source and the valuation reports.


Perform basic clerical duties with ease and little or no supervision.


Skills Required:


Ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized fashion with attention to minute details.


Excellent written and oral communication skills.


Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.


Any Full time Degree.


Prior job experience is a plus.


The candidate also must be proficient in Microsoft Applications.



Associate – Research

Job Description:


Complete all valuation related research items within 8-10 hours of receipt.


Complete all asset level valuation reviews timely per applicable guidelines.


Review and re-mediate all control reporting data anomalies within management’s prescribed timelines.


Perform basic clerical duties with ease and little or no supervision.


Ensure that all valuations related policies and procedures are current and any applicable adjustments needed are completed timely and accurately.


Review departmental control reporting to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines related to valuation assessment.


Assist Supervisors with updating and implementing internal controls and procedures as risks are identified.


Work closely with Supervisors to ensure all internal policies and procedures are updated to reflect compliance changes.


Skills Required:


A Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field and preferentially have at least 1 to 2 years of experience.


Prior mortgage loan servicing experience and/or a strong understanding of real estate valuation is a plus.


The candidate needs to be very detailed orientated as well as have the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.


Excellent research, comprehension, interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills and a strong attention to detail are a must.


The candidate also must be proficient in Microsoft Applications.



Associate – Quality Compliance

Job Description:


Ensure sample Quality Checks are performed daily on the work completed by the Associates.


Review and QC valuations performed by Fulfillment and Research Associates.


Taking care of Revision Requests and assigning the job to respective associates.


Develop coaching plans and provide feedback to the Associates based on the observations from the sample Quality Checks performed daily.


Review and respond to disputes/ appeals from the Business Units timely.


Conduct root cause analysis of the top defects identified each month and track action plans to re-mediate the top defects.


Track and minimize variance in the process guidelines between various processes through audit.


Ensure all QA reports (QA Scores, Analysis of defects, Performance of staff, etc.) are published within scheduled timelines for the review of Management.


Identify and manage the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in a cost-effective and timely fashion.


Review processes within the QA team and Business Unit each month and recommend changes to improve productivity and effectiveness.


Skills Required:


Minimum of 4 years work experience of which a minimum of 1 year should be as a Quality analyst.


Six Sigma or other Quality certifications is an advantage.


The candidate also must be proficient in Microsoft Applications.


Strong communication and analytical skills.


Ability to consistently set and achieve and stretch goals.



Team Leader
Job Description:


Supervise and lead a group of associates to meet the required daily objectives.


Ability to, organize work of others and assisting in department training and reporting.


Manage team portfolio to ensure all valuation orders are being managed.


Develop a knowledge base of business processes and implementing cost reduction and quality enhancement projects.


Design and implement scorecards and performance metrics that optimize quality and timeline performance.


Establish a culture of team collaboration, accountability and unwavering commitment towards the organizational goal.


Arrange and perform periodic meetings with those teams that have a direct impact on Valuations Fulfillment processes to ensure communication lines are open.


Coordinate activities of the department with the manager to include work flow monitoring, process improvement, training, reporting and special projects.


Reconcile Billing Invoices.


Ability to take on special projects and work on cross-functional projects.


Develop coaching plans and provide feedback to the QA staff based on the observations from the sample Quality Checks performed daily.


Ensure that the Quality Compliance Associates complete the mandated audit requirements daily.


Have essential Knowledge and understanding of Mortgage market and Default Servicing processes.


Would be responsible for ensuring the department meets the following goals:


 Maintain Timelines on every valuation requests as per strategic goals for the team.


 Maintain team average at >= 100% on Efficiency and TAT for the support functions as specified.


 Maintain 99% accuracy of all job functions.


Maintain Attendance, Leave and Break timings.


Skills Required:


Graduate in Commerce / Business / Finance


Must have exceptional skills in Microsoft Office use and application.


Good Analytical Skills


Should have proven leadership skills


Self starter and ability to deal with ambiguous situations


Financial industry experience a plus


Overall 4+ years of experience in a corporate setting. At least 1 year as a Team Leader.
